Responsible for communicating, cascading, and consolidating the Regional GAD Plan and Budget and the Accomplishment Reports of the Regional GFP Sub-Systems, except the NCR-LGS, and ensure that the PPAs of the Regional GFP Sub-System are harmonized with the GAD PP As of the Central Office for equal opportunities and access of the women and men of the COA Regional Offices; and for more efficient planning, budgeting and reporting purposes.
