- Facilitate the implementation of gender mainstreaming efforts of COA through GAD planning and budgeting process
- Formulate COA GAD Plan and Budget and PP As in response to the gender gaps and issues of the women and men of this Commission, following the conduct of gender audit, gender analysis, and/or review of sex disaggregated data
- Provide assistance in the development and implementation of an appropriate capacity development, training and advocacy programs on gender issues and gender-responsive governance
- Coordinate with the different GFP System Committees and Regional GFP Sub-Systems, and ensure their meaningful participation in GAD strategic, and annual planning and budgeting exercises, for the preparation, consolidation and submission of the Regional GAD Plan and Budget
- Lead the conduct of advocacy activities to ensure critical support of the women and men of this Commission, and other relevant stakeholders to the activities of COA GFP System and COA GAD mainstreaming activities
- Monitor the implementation of GAD-related PPAs and suggest corrective measures to improve implementation of GAD PPAs and GFP System’s activities
- Prepare and consolidate COA GAD Accomplishment Reports
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the COA GFP System Chairperson or the ExCom Chair on the activities of the COA GFP System and the progress of COA GAD mainstreaming of PP As based on feedbacks and reports of the different Committees and the Regional GFP Sub-Systems
