The center observes all holidays/special days.
- Classes are suspended during typhoons and calamities expected in the area.
- Center hours are from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and drop-off time is 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. on Monday to Friday.
The new management also revised the DCC Rules and Regulations, as follows:
- For better adjustment of newly admitted children, parents are allowed to stay/visit at the center for the 1st week during break time. No parent is allowed to loiter around the Day Care Center during office hours. Employees staying at the center during office hours will be marked undertime/absent.
- Parents should ensure that their children are dressed comfortably to ensure free movement. They should report to the center on their CLEAN and PRESCRIBED UNIFORM and are neat and clean.
- Boys : White polo and dark blue shorts
- Girls : Pink gala uniform
- Parents are supposed to come to the center to drop-off their children at 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Parents are supposed to fetch their own children at 11:30 a.m. for the break time and at 4:30 p.m. for closing time. In case a parent will designate another person to fetch his/her child, the Day Care worker should be properly notified. It is the responsibility of the parents to fetch their children at 11:30 a.m. and at 4:30 p.m. even if they work overtime.
- The Day Care Center shall not be liable for any accident, which may occur/happen during or within the center’s schedule.
- Expensive toys and other materials should not be brought to the center unless specified for a certain occasion.
- Children who are sick should stay at home. The Day Care worker should be notified for their absences.
- Parents’ permission is required whenever there is a need to bring their children to the nearest clinic/hospital (in case of emergency).
- Extra clothes should be provided and properly labeled so that the children can help themselves in changing their own clothes.
- Parents are required to attend regular meetings, parents’ orientation, parent lecture series to update them on the activities/progress of their children. Likewise, attendance is necessary to ensure continuous communication between the home and the center.
- Parents are encouraged to participate and get involved in their children’s activities once in a while.
- Parents will be notified whenever the Day Care Worker is indisposed. A substitute Day Care worker will be available to handle the children.
